54 Spaces on 12 Acres - Recently Renovated

Our beautiful and freshly renovated Mobile Home & RV Park is ready to welcome some new faces!  We have three prime spots for you to bring your mobile home, and our RV spaces have just been enlarged and renovated.  They are 26' wide by 40' long.  Each has a picnic table and two parking spaces.

We will help you with your move! 

We have built a new pavilion with new mailboxes, picnic tables and BBQ’s.  Our roads are well maintained, and we have solar lighting throughout the property that comes on every night at dusk.   Price Cutter and Ace Hardware are two blocks away, and Walmart Supercenter, Lowes, the Dollar Stores, and a new Cox Hospital are 1.5 miles away. Downtown Monett with shops and restaurants is a few miles from our park.

Mobile home & RV spaces are $350, with you paying your own electric.  We are a family park with many long-term residents, and are continuing to make improvements.  Coming soon is a new recreation building and outdoor area with picnic tables and BBQ's, and room for volleyball, parties, gatherings, etc.
